Welcome to another installment of My Les Mills Pump Journey – Day Four.
I am feeling so much better today. The soreness and stiffness is beginning to ease up some – THANKFULLY! However, Steven found a fun little game last night – which consisted of poking my triceps. He had a grand time reaching over and giving me a poke or a pinch and even a nice grab. It’s ok, I mean he did sacrifice and rub Tiger Balm all over me a couple of days ago.
Moving much better today, not so much like a little old lady that should have a walker anyway. Still not ready to jump out of bed and hit the ground running. Anyway, moving on….scheduled for today is Les Mills Flow and a walk. I’m actually really excited for today’s workout. These old muscles REALLY need a good stretch. You know the kind where it hurts so good. (You know you sang it – I did it too.) I’ve mapped out a 3 mile loop which should take about an hour to complete – it should suffice for today.
On my walk today I decided to snap a couple of pictures of what I call “my cartoon blue sky”. It was glorious morning to be out for a walk.
My Les Mills journey is about balance, I have to plan ahead and make sure I have time to accomplish the things I want to get done each day. So, not only is this going to be a physical journey, it’s also going to be a mental journey. I need to learn to plan.
Here’s to creating myself both physically and mentally through my Les Mills Pump journey. And on that note, my Les Mills Pump journey – day four is complete. See you tomorrow.
