Alright, I admit it – I have been craving ice cream for a week now. How can I have ice cream right now and justify it? Hmmmm….I can’t. What are my other options? Wait! I have have yogurt in the fridge. I have chocolate in the cupboard. That’s it Einstein – chocolate frozen yogurt! Yes!
Here’s the plan:
Get chocolate √
Get yogurt √
Mix together and freeze – umm….
I had on hand unsweetened bakers chocolate squares – perfect.

Pop in the microwave until melted. Stir until smooth.

Measure yogurt in one of the Lego land containers from the 21 Day Fix .

Pretty simple so far right. Now, mix the yogurt and the chocolate.

Yes, mines a little lumpy – I didn’t make sure the chocolate was completely smooth.
Now, for the hard part – put this wonderful concoction in the freezer. Here’s where I blew it. Mine didn’t make it to the freezer. I even thought about licking the bowl, but I didn’t want to get carried away.
Recipe:
1 1oz square Baker’s Chocolate (I used unsweetened)
1 red container of plain Greek yogurt (need a red container?)
Melt chocolate and stir until smooth. Add yogurt to chocolate and mix well. Freeze until desired consistency or just eat it the way it is like I did.
If you are following the 21 Day Fix this would equal 1 red container, I did not count the chocolate square because it was unsweetened. If you would like information on the 21 Day Fix, let me know.
I hope you enjoy your chocolate frozen yogurt!
