Beginner Cheesemaking

Class will be held on January 25th, 2025. We expect the class to last approximately 3 hours, we will begin promptly at 1:00.
We are keeping the class size small, so we can answer any questions and go through each process.
Should you need to cancel your spot, please give us 48 hours notice in order to receive a refund.
Beginner Cheesemaking class. We will cover making farmhouse cheddar from start to finish. We will also go over yogurt making, kefir, sour cream, and possibly making cottage cheese. We will also cover making our own natural cheese cultures.
