Here we go – 13 weeks – 90 days on my Les Mills Pump journey. Sharing with you the in’s and the out’s and my own personal struggles.
First of all, what is Les Mills Pump?
Now you know. We have a good number of Beachbody programs and we love them all. I’m fairly certain that why I have workout ADD. I can not seem to stick with any program for very long. I mean I’ll do P90X for a week or so, then I’ll switch to the 21 Day Fix, then maybe Brazil Butt Lift or Body Beast. It’s a struggle. For the most part here lately, I’ve just been down right lazy and let them all collect dust.
Since all of these have been collecting dust, along with the weights that aren’t in the picture, my backside has grown significantly. So, its time to make a change and a plan.
Step 1 choose a program – Les Mills Pump √
Step 2 put schedule in calendar √
Step 3 plan some meals – I will be using the meal planning guide from the 21 Day Fix (because it teaches portion control and versatility) √
Step 4 enlist a few members for support √
Step 5 take weight and measurements (my least favorite part) √
OK, we’re ready to begin my Les Mills journey.
