Today I want to welcome you to Les Mills Hard Core Abs – go ahead say it OUCH! I know I did.
We’re six days into my Les Mills Pump journey and you know what, I’m getting better at this. My muscles aren’t as sore after each workout. Progress slow and steady wins the race.
They say it takes 21 days to make something a habit, I’m six days in. Raise your smoothie glass (cheers) here’s to making new habits and breaking some old ones.

On to today’s workout. Hard core abs…oh, that hover track, it’s painful. I can tell that I am getting stronger because, I can hold plank almost to the end now. I’m still working on my balance while doing plank, so I haven’t done the up and down motions yet. It’s coming soon, I can feel it. I can also feel that wonderful achy feeling when I stretch my abs. Ah, yeah! As an added plus, I haven’t needed to be coated in Tiger Balm lately. Whoop Whoop
